Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, log in to your account at https://account.thepuppypub.com and submit a return request. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at liaosiri27@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or are not in original condition are not eligible for return.
